This year 2015, we have 28 individual talents who have been awarded the Talent Development Fund (TDF) in various genre of sports, visual arts and performing arts. The recipients were presented at DREAMSEEDS, a newly coined name for the annual concert and aptly so, as this platform aims to nurture the passion and celebrate the talents of our beneficiaries.
Held in the National University of Singapore Society (NUSS) Kent Ridge Guild House, CRS beneficiaries and families, sponsors and donors, Management Council members and volunteers were invited to commemorate our youthful talents. The showcase kicked off with a Silat performer taking the stage with powerful strokes, and this was the energy that set the tone for the night. Throughout the evening, 15 Rainbow beneficiaries brought the audience through an emotional roller coaster as they amazed and inspired everyone in the ballroom with their talents in various genres of guitar, piano, drums, guzheng, ballet and classical Indian dance. Rounding off with the TDF Award Ceremony, our recipients received their award on stage, which was warmly presented by CRS Management Council President Dr Sashikumar, accompanied by other members of the Council.
