RIDE & RALK FOR RAINBOWS GOES VIRTUAL AND GREEN

This event aims to raise public awareness and funds to support various programmes and services that enrich and empower the families of children suffering from a range of major chronic and potentially life-threatening illnesses, with a key focus on encouraging the community to Go Green.

We ride so others can see their rainbows!

Event Categories

Suitable for children and adults of all fitness levels, the virtual event Ride and Ralk for Rainbows offers three categories: a 10 km Ralk category, a 20 km Ride category, and a 60 km Ride category, each with different qualifying amounts. The charity aims to raise $400,000 through Ride and Ralk for Rainbows to provide critical assistance, including financial aid, therapy intervention, and educational support to lower-income families under its care.

Art from the Heart

The event’s artwork was created by Kyle, a beneficiary of Club Rainbow. He participated in a mentorship programme where he was guided by an arts mentor to create artwork representing what Ride and Ralk for Rainbows means to him.

Go Green

 With Go Green as one of the event’s key focuses this year, participants are encouraged to explore local parks, towns, and nature reserves that prioritize environmental conservation and sustainability.

Families with children looking for activities during school holidays and weekends can embark on eco-trails to learn more about environmental preservation and biodiversity in a fun and engaging way.

Special challenges like the Jalan-Jalan Trail, Trail Art, Makan Trail, and Double Down offer participants the chance to win special rewards upon completion.

Doing Your Part

Apart from signing up as fundraising riders and ralkers, individuals and corporates can support children and families through Ride and Ralk for Rainbows by making outright donations from now till 6 November.
